Who is this for?
Newly-registered Sole-proprietorships, Partnerships and Limited-liability Partnerships. Newly-incorporated Sdn. Bhd. companies. (For-Profit entities registered with SSM).
Scope of work includes:
Monthly processing of accounts (monthly fee is tiered according to volume of annual number of transactions)
Annual closing & reporting of accounts to you
Membership to business coaching community

Fees
Fee is tiered according to volume of monthly number of transactions.
CELL PLAN - 200 transactions - RM350 per month
HIVE PLAN - 400 transactions - RM600 per month
COLONY PLAN - 700 transactions - RM900 per month
A minimum of 12 months’ contract is required.
Additional fees apply
Additional transactions in excess of monthly cap - RM60 per block of 25 transactions or part thereof
Adjustments required before annual closing of accounts - RM10 per adjustment raised
Adjustments required after annual closing of accounts - RM60 per adjustment raised
Conversion of bank statements from PDF to CSV & upload into Xero - RM15 per bank statement page (each page with at least 1 transaction)
Preparation of Audited or unaudited financial statements - from RM1,500 (request for quote)
