Collection of Personal Data and Consent to the Same

We may collect personal data (names, email addresses, residential/commercial addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, job details, etc.) from you on this website when you provide the same to us on this website to request for our services or when you use/view this website. By providing us with your personal data when you access or view the website or request for or use the services on the website, you consent to and agree with us collecting, using, storing, and disclosing your personal data in the manner set out in this Policy. We will only collect, store, process, use, communicate and/or disclose such personal data, in accordance with this Policy.

We do not disclose personal data to third parties except when required by law, when we have your consent or deemed consent, or in cases where we have engaged a third party such as professional advisors (lawyers, auditors, accountants and other consultants), data intermediaries or subcontractors (including our information technology service providers/vendors specifically to assist with our activities. Any such third party whom we engage will be bound contractually to keep all information confidential. Any such third party has no right to use your personal data for their own purposes.

We may disclose personal data to other related/affiliated commercial entities where it is necessary to meet the purpose for which you have submitted the information; or to enable you to be provided with information at a later date which may be of relevance and interest to you based on the nature and purpose of your voluntary requests. Access to, Correction of and Withdrawal of Consent for the Use of Personal Data

Access: Upon request, we will provide the individual with access to their personal data or other appropriate information on their personal data in accordance with the requirements of the law. Depending on the complexity of access, we may charge a fee for a request for access in accordance with the requirements of the law. We will respond to your requests for access within 30 days of receipt of your request.

Correction: Upon request, we will correct an error or omission in the individual’s personal data that is in our possession or control in accordance with the requirements of the law. We will respond to your requests for correction within 30 days of receipt of your request.

Withdrawal of Consent: Upon reasonable notice being given by an individual of his withdrawal of any consent given or deemed to have been given in respect of our collection, use or disclosure of his personal data, we will, within a reasonable time (and in any case no longer than 14 days, unless prior agreement has been reached to extend the deadline), process and respond to the withdrawal request. We shall then inform the individual of the likely consequences of withdrawing consent. Upon a successful withdrawal request. we will cease (and cause any of our data intermediaries and agents to cease) collecting, using or disclosing the personal data unless it is required or authorised under applicable laws.

You may choose to unsubscribe from mailing lists, registrations, or elect not to receive further marketing information from us by contacting our Data Protection Officer, or we have contacted you by email, you may use the unsubscribe function in that email to notify us. Please allow 30 days for your request to be processed.

Security and Protection of Personal Data

We have implemented generally accepted standards of administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect the personal data in our possession or under our control and to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. All our personnel follow a network-wide security policy. Only authorised personnel are provided access to personally identifiable information and these personnel are contractually bound to ensure confidentiality of this information.

Retention of Personal Data

We will cease to retain personal data, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for collection of such personal data is no longer being served by such retention, and such retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

Transfer of Personal Data outside of Malaysia

To facilitate our operations, we may transfer personal data to or access personal data from our related/affiliate commercial entities in territories outside of Malaysia.
