These plans are accounting-only plans geared for tracking performance of your business and sound professional advice and consultation from our Accounting Superheroes who are experienced chartered accountants and CFOs.

5 plan levels according to scope of work and volume of transactions.

A minimum of 12-month’s term is required.

• Quarterly CFO report and 45 mins roundup session in one instance via video-conference

Fees

Fee is tiered according to volume of monthly number of transactions.

REVIEW - from RM300 per month (will quote)

REVIEW & RECONCILE - from RM600 (will quote)

HERO PLAN - 300 transactions - RM700 per month

SUPERHERO PLAN - 500 transactions - RM1,000 per month

HYPERHERO PLAN - 1,000 transactions - RM1,700 per month

A minimum of 12 months’ contract is required for all plans.

Additional fees apply

• Xero subscription at USD30 per month or applicable prevailing rates

• Additional transactions in excess of monthly cap - RM60 per block of 25 transactions or part thereof

• Adjustments required before annual closing of accounts - RM10 per adjustment raised

• Adjustments required after annual closing of accounts - RM60 per adjustment raised (First 5 transactions upon closing of monthly/annual accounts FOC, no carry forward of FOC adjustments)

• Conversion of bank statements from PDF to CSV & upload into Xero - RM15 per bank statement page (each page with at least 1 transaction)

• Additional training sessions at RM200 for 2 persons over 2 hours via video conferencing in one instance

• Preparation of audited and unaudited financial statements - from RM1,500 (request for quote)
